Dear Veterans and Honored Guests,

The Spaulding Township Board and Staff would be honored by your presence at our 2nd annual Veterans Day Service. We gather to express our deepest gratitude and respect for the courageous men and women who have served our country. Your service and sacrifice have protected our freedoms, and it is our privilege to commemorate your decision.

This special service will be held at the Spaulding Township Cemetery. It is our hope that you will join us for a time of reflection, remembrance, and community as we honor all who have worn our nation’s uniform.

  • When: Tuesday, November 11, 2025
  • Time: 1:00 PM
  • Ceremony will include Posting of Colors, Musical Tribute, Principal Speaker
  • Following the ceremony, light refreshments will be offered at the Township Hall

  • Residents can apply for energy assistance to help pay for outstanding heating and cooling bills, following the release of $100 million from the bipartisan infrastructure law into the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LiHeap). This is the first of five $100 million yearly installments into the program. These dollars, combined with American Rescue Plan and regular LiHEAP funds total $8 billion in heating assistance dollars made available in the past 12 months. TALL GRASS AND WEED CONTORL ORDINANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all residents and property owners of Spaulding Township that all grass and weeds on residential and vacant lots in the Township must be cut in compliance by May 1st each year and as needed thereafter.

Grass and weeds cannot exceed 9 inches in height.

 If the property owner is not in compliance with the Township Ordinance No. 35.050, the Township will proceed with cutting and all costs incurred will be billed to the property owner.
