MARCH BOARD OF REVIEW

The Spaulding Township Board of Review for March 2025 will be held at the Township Complex, 5025 East Rd., Saginaw, MI 48601, Tele: (989) 777-0950

Organizational Meeting: Tuesday, March 4th at 1:00 p.m.

Appeal Hearing: Monday, March 10, 2025 from 9:00 am – 12 Noon and from 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Appeal Hearing: Tuesday, March 11, 2025 from 9:00 am – 12 Noon and from 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm

The 2025 tentative ratio is 50.0% and the estimated multiplier is 1.000 for all classes of real and personal property.  Americans with Disabilities Notice: The Township will provide necessary reasonable services to individuals with disabilities at the Board of Review meetings.

PUBLIC NOTICE OF TOWNSHIP MEETINGS & BUDGET HEARING

SPAULDING TOWNSHIP PUBLIC NOTICE:  All hearings & meetings are held at the Spaulding Township Office, 5025 East Rd., Saginaw, MI 48601.

The regular monthly meeting for March of the Spaulding Township Board of Trustees has been moved from Tues. March 18 to Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.

A “Budget Preparation Meeting” will take place on Monday, March 17, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.

Truth in Budgeting Public Hearing and Settlement Meeting on the proposed budget for fiscal year 2025-2026 will be held on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing.  A copy of the budget will be available for public inspection at the Spaulding Township Office.

The Water Board of Spaulding Township will hold its annual meeting on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 5:30 p.m.

The Spaulding Township Board of Trustees will address annual meeting business at their regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Spaulding Township Planning & Zoning Commission meeting that was scheduled for Thursday, March 6, 2025 at 6:00 pm has been cancelled.  The next meeting will take place on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at the Spaulding Township Boardroom, 5025 East Rd., Saginaw MI 48601.

  • Residents can apply for energy assistance to help pay for outstanding heating and cooling bills, following the release of $100 million from the bipartisan infrastructure law into the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LiHeap). This is the first of five $100 million yearly installments into the program. These dollars, combined with American Rescue Plan and regular LiHEAP funds total $8 billion in heating assistance dollars made available in the past 12 months. Trees, shrubs, bushes, fencing, edging, borders, stone or loose-ground cover, iron and metal fixtures, shepherd’s hooks, solar lights, perpetual lights, seats, statuary, pots or urns, small or loose items, and all other prohibited items will be removed and disposed of by cemetery staff without further notice.
