EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY – SPAULDING TOWNSHIP OFFICE

Spaulding Township, 5025 East Rd., Saginaw County, MI is seeking applicants for the position of Township Secretary to replace our retiring secretary. This part-time position will average approximately 25 hours per week. Duties include general office administration, customer service, record keeping, and other clerical responsibilities as assigned.  Experience with BS&A software is a plus but not required.

JULY BOARD OF REVIEW

Spaulding Township July Board of Review will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 1:00 pm pursuant to the  provisions of MCL 211.53b.  The purpose of this meeting is to correct clerical errors or mutual mistake of fact and to hear poverty exemption applications.  All meetings are held at the Spaulding Township Complex, 5025 East Rd., Saginaw, MI.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the

Public Accuracy Test for the August 4, 2026 Primary Election has been scheduled for Monday, July 27, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the Spaulding Township Hall, 5825 Cole Rd., Saginaw, MI.

The Public Accuracy Test is conducted to demonstrate that the program and computer that will be used to tabulate the results of the election, counts the votes in the manner prescribed by law.

SENIOR CENTER SURVEY – SPAULDING TOWNSHIP
