The Township Board of Spaulding Township Saginaw County, Michigan, has tentatively determined to create a special assessment district consisting of the improvements of the existing dikes and erosion control structures along the Flint River, Saginaw County, Michigan. This public hearing will take place at the Spaulding Township Governmental Center, 5025 East Rd., Saginaw, Michigan on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 5:30 pm to hear and consider any objections to the improvements, their estimated cost, and to the special assessment district. Copies of the plans describing the improvements, the estimated cost and the special assessment district have been prepared and are on file with the office of the Spaulding Township Clerk for public examination.
